Green waste container in Frauenstein
From Friday, September 25, through Monday, September 28, residents of Frauenstein can dispose of yard waste free of charge. Two containers will be set up in the parking lot on Alfred-Delp-Straße for this purpose.
The containers are intended exclusively for private households. Use by businesses or for large quantities of pruned fruit tree branches is not permitted. In addition, only single-type yard waste may be placed in the containers; plastic, wood, or metal parts, as well as household trash, may not be disposed of in them. Overfilling should be avoided.
The city notes that the containers will be removed early if waste is improperly sorted, such as through the illegal disposal of trash or bulky waste. In such cases, the city may choose not to provide the containers next year.
