Dog swimming in the Kallebad

On Sunday, September 13, the Kallebad outdoor pool, located at Wörther-See-Straße 14, will be open exclusively to dogs. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., mattiaqua invites you to this year’s dog swimming event. To mark the end of the outdoor swimming season, dogs can once again jump into the water, splash around, and swim to their hearts’ content.

On this day, the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for dogs. For their owners, the dog swimming event offers the opportunity to watch their four-legged friends enjoy a swim and spend a special day at the Kallebad together with other dog owners.

Admission is 50 cents per foot and paw—that is, two euros per dog and one euro per person. All proceeds will be donated to a Wiesbaden-based animal welfare organization. To participate, you must present a vaccination card with a valid rabies vaccination, the dog tag, and proof of current dog liability insurance at the ticket counter.

With the dog swim, the Kallebad bids farewell as it heads into its winter break.
