Experience nature in the pheasantry

Those interested can visit the Fasanerie Animal and Plant Park, located at Wilfried-Ries-Straße 20, on Sunday, October 4, at the Fasanerie Animal and Plant Park, located at Wilfried-Ries-Straße 20—take part in two events from the “Nature Experience” series: “New Animal Arrivals” runs from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and “Nature Education Day” runs from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In the program “New Animal Arrivals,” nature educator Christian Klaproth invites participants to get to know the bald ibis, turtles, and other two- and four-legged creatures on a joint discovery tour.  The event is suitable for families with children ages six and up. Participation costs 6 euros per person. Please register at fasanerie-bildungwiesbadende.  

“Nature Education Day” takes place on the upper floor of the Fasanerie Visitor Center. The exhibition offers a glimpse into educational work and invites visitors to experience and try things out through a small hands-on activity. The event is free of charge, though donations are welcome. Registration is not required.
