Launch of the Public Participation Process for the Redesign of the Söhnleinanlage Playground
The playground at the Söhnleinanlage in Schierstein is being redesigned. Children, parents, residents, political representatives, and anyone else interested are invited to share their ideas and actively help shape the future of the facility.
The Parks Department is conducting a comprehensive public engagement process to gather suggestions and requests for the future design. On-site participation: On Wednesday, September 23, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., all interested members of the public are cordially invited to visit the playground. There, they can share their ideas, learn about the project, and talk with the specialist planners involved. Online participation: In addition, suggestions can be submitted online at www.wiesbadenwirkt.de/soehnleinanlage (opens in a new tab) through Friday, October 2.
Children from nearby daycare centers and schools will also be asked for their ideas about the new playground through additional engagement activities.
The collected input will then be incorporated into the further planning process. The design developed from this input will also be published on the participation platform at a later date.
