Environmental Agency

Obtain information on suspected contaminated sites on a property

If you want to build on or sell your property, you should find out at an early stage whether the soil is contaminated. The Environmental Agency can provide information on whether there are any indications of environmentally relevant previous use of the property in the city's database of suspected contaminated sites.

The information requires a precise description of the location (street and house number and/or district, parcel, parcel) as well as the written consent of the property owner. In addition, the name and address of the applicant must be provided. The application can be submitted either using this form or informally by e-mail to altlasten-bodenschutzwiesbadende, stating this information.

Fees are calculated on a time basis and will be communicated in advance if requested.

If there are no indications of suspected areas, the information will be provided free of charge.
