System changeover online services
From June 10 to 22, 2025, some online services will be temporarily unavailable due to a system changeover. You can find these on this page.
The following online services are affected:
- Registration information
- Status query
- Registration certificate
- Transmission blocks
- Moving abroad
- Residence registration EfA (electronic residence registration)
- WebID residence registration (online registration at the place of residence)
- Certificate of residence
From Monday, June 23, you can use the services again via wiesbaden.de after the system changeover.
