The city extends its congratulations to everyone celebrating their 80th, 90th, 95th, 100th, or later birthday, as well as to those celebrating their golden, diamond, iron, or diamond jubilee wedding anniversaries.

About four weeks in advance, all honorees are contacted in writing to ask if they would like a personal congratulatory visit. A staff member from the Protocol Department or the local administration will visit to convey the mayor’s congratulations along with a small gift.
