If the applicant is to be represented when registering their vehicle, a written power of attorney must be issued to the person representing them and a valid identity card or passport must be handed over for presentation. This power of attorney must also contain the applicant's consent that the registration authority may inform the authorized person of any outstanding fees and expenses. The representative must present the power of attorney and provide proof of identity.
The SEPA mandate must contain two signatures in the "Payer" and "Holder" fields. If the payer and holder are identical, the signature in the "Payer" field is sufficient.
