During the Advent season, Christmas tree sales stands are part of the street scene. In order to comply with the provisions of the Trade Regulation Act (especially itinerant trade) and the Shop Closing Hours Act, a corresponding permit is required, which in particular regulates the possible opening hours of such stands (including after closing hours or on Sundays).
