Fishing License Exam 

Passing the fishing exam is a prerequisite for obtaining a fishing license.

The highest fisheries authority recognizes state-administered or state-recognized fishing exams from other federal states if the conditions under which the fishing exam is administered in those states comply with the provisions of this law and the legal regulations based on it.

The Lower Hunting and Fishing Authority offers the following dates for the 2026 fishing exam:

• October 28, 2026
