Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG)
The employees of the Public Order Office are responsible for monitoring the legal regulations and requirements in relation to the Consumer Cannabis Act.
In Hesse, the RP Darmstadt is responsible for permits for communal home cultivation and for the distribution of cannabis in cultivation associations.
