The City of Wiesbaden arranges senior-friendly and accessible apartments in residential complexes for older adults. These are primarily rent-controlled and can be found throughout the city. The apartments are 1- to 2-room units for single individuals and (married) couples, each with a kitchen, bathroom or shower, and a balcony or loggia.
