Office Concept procedure for the allocation of land

On October 31, 2019, the city councillors of the state capital of Wiesbaden decided to allocate selected city-owned plots of land using the concept procedure in future. In this way, certain plots of land owned by the city are to be made available for high-quality urban development concepts and community housing projects. The basis for the allocation in the concept procedure is defined quality criteria and not the highest purchase offer. The concept procedures are intended for commercial area developers or building contractors and housing associations as well as residential groups, building cooperatives and building cooperatives.

In 2019, the state capital of Wiesbaden therefore gave the green light for the implementation of concept procedures for the allocation of selected municipal properties by means of a political resolution.

The Concept Procedure Office coordinates the procedure with all participating municipal departments and municipal companies. It also heads the "Concept Procedure Working Group" within the administration. This prepares the selection of properties and the awarding of contracts.

As the central point of contact for all applicant groups, the office organizes and coordinates the formal procedures. It also documents the process and evaluates the awarding practice.

Local advisory councils and citizens can inform the office of properties that could be suitable for the concept procedure. If you have any suggestions, please contact us.
