What drives you? What is your motto?
There are no problems—only solutions that haven’t been found yet.
What is your startup about, and what makes it special?
Millions of small businesses want to use AI—but there’s no solution that truly fits their needs. They’re either too expensive, too complicated, or just piecemeal. Booki Brain changes that: a professional all-in-one platform with over 15 modules—from task management and email to AI assistants. Everything is integrated; no more siloed solutions. The platform continues to grow and is constantly being expanded with new features.
What are your first successes?
My greatest success is the feeling of sitting in front of the screen every day and realizing: Yesterday that was still impossible; today it works. Since November 2025, an idea has turned into a complex platform with 15 modules—developed entirely on my own. Without a team, without a degree.
What is your professional background?
I trained as a business administrator, then spent seven years at the Wiesbaden Casino—an exciting job, a great team, good pay. On the side, I got hooked on technology: first small projects, then, starting in 2025, intensive work on AI and LLMs. In November 2025, Booki Brain was born.
What was the trigger for you to start your own company?
I made good money at the casino, but I didn’t feel fulfilled. The urge to do something on my own was always there. I tried everything: sewing my own wallets, learning trading for a year, delving into cryptography. Then came AI—and I saw the same problems everywhere: great technology, but not usable by everyone. The day I realized I could change that, I knew: This is my path.
Who has advised you, who are your supporters and mentors?
My biggest source of support is my fiancée—she’s always believed in me, even when I sometimes didn’t believe in myself. I’m grateful to business coach Guido Pelzer, founder of ac-company you, who personally guides me as a mentor. And to my mom and family, who always have my back.
How did you experience your first days as a founder?
Pure euphoria. The first morning without a steady job felt like freedom. No more alarm clock calling me to something that wasn’t mine. Instead: waking up and immediately knowing what I’m passionate about. That energy hasn’t left me for a single day since.
What was your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it?
Doing everything on my own—no team, no co-founder. Plus financial hurdles: sitting at the notary’s office without the necessary initial capital. Weeks where nothing worked. But giving up isn’t an option for me. Every obstacle I’ve overcome proves: things always keep moving forward—you just have to stick with it.
How do you draw attention to your company? What’s your best marketing idea?
Gaining visibility through real added value. Our website bookibrain.com shows what we can do. Plus press releases, a Google presence, and—most importantly—personal networking at events in Wiesbaden. Every conversation can open the next door.
How did you secure funding for your startup?
Bootstrapping from my own savings, without a bank loan. Plus an initial investor who believes in the vision. Sometimes conviction is enough—more than capital.
What dream do you still want to realize?
To build something that lasts. And one day, to give back what life has given me—to those who need it most.
Please complete the following sentence: If I had more time, I would ...... travel the world.
What’s your special tip: What would you recommend to founders?
Start before you’re ready. You don’t need a degree or a big budget—just the courage to take that first step and the determination not to give up.
