What drives you? What is your motto?
"Work as if no one is waiting for you" – quality and speed without pressure.

What is your start-up about and what makes it special?
My partner and I are developing HuForms, a digital sales software as a modular system with pre-built processes – especially for recruiting, solar, and affiliate services. What makes it special is that our system combines design, content, and processes in such an intuitive and accessible way that users can find solutions to their problems right away, without being bombarded with new questions. Simple, clear, and efficient.

What are your first successes?
Our first successes include the successful implementation of HuForms for customers in various industries, including construction, radiology, and the cannabis industry.

I am particularly proud of the diverse partnerships with app providers and training software providers that enrich our system and open up new user groups.

What is your professional background?
I come from a creative and digital work environment and have been interested in technological solutions that simplify complexity from the very beginning. My experience in design, system architecture, and the desire to pursue my own dreams, not those of others, led me to become self-employed in order to create my own innovative software solutions that combine design and user-friendliness. My partner is a thoroughbred developer. Our long-standing partnership is based on mutual complementarity, shared values, and a passion for creating real added value.

What prompted you to start your own business?
The trigger was the desire to digitally process the chaos and complexity that I myself experience in my everyday life in a user-friendly way—so that others could benefit from my system. I didn't want hectic, confusing software solutions, but rather a modular system that simplifies all processes and makes them accessible. The key moment was realizing that design is more than just aesthetics; it solves user problems.

Who advised you, who are your helpers and mentors? I was
supported by professional start-up consultants in Wiesbaden and brainstorming sessions with industry experts. My partner plays a key role as a calming influence and mentor. These helpers support me with advice and ideas during implementation.

How did you experience your first days as founders?
The first days were marked by a mixture of euphoria and a good dose of chaos—many things were new and disordered in our minds. But that's exactly what helped us find spontaneous and creative solutions and structure many ideas. We learned that you can deliver quality even in uncertainty.

What was your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge was integrating a wide variety of industry processes into a unified software solution. We overcame this by working closely with partners and users to make the modular system flexible and user-friendly. Being open to feedback was crucial in this process.

How do you draw attention to your company? What is your best marketing idea?
We rely on trade fairs, poster advertising, and building a network that shares our vision. Online marketing has been too fast-paced and inefficient for our small budget. Personal contacts are the key, because that's how all our fruitful partnerships came about. I use trade fairs for knowledge exchange.

How did you finance your start-up?
The financing came mainly from our own funds and support from family and friends. I also used support programs and regional start-up advice to create financial security.

What dream would you still like to realize?
I would like to establish HuForms as a cross-industry standard tool and thus help even more people to design digital processes simply and efficiently.

Please complete the following sentence: If I had more time, we would... outsource
tasks to move forward faster. We love what we do.

What is your special tip: What would you recommend to founders?
Just do it. Stay flexible, listen to users and partners—and don't be afraid to turn the chaos in your head into creative energy.
