Inclusion is a key factor in a company’s success. But how can a diverse and inclusive work environment be fostered and effectively implemented within a company?
The Inclusion Network offers companies and their representatives for people with severe disabilities a platform for exchange, knowledge transfer, and practical support. Companies of all sizes and from all industries are invited to network, learn from one another, and shape inclusion together. The network is supported by the Inclusion Officer of the State Capital of Wiesbaden and the Department of Economic Affairs and Employment.

Programs in the Inclusion Network
The network meets twice a year at the various companies.
Together, they determine the key topics and content of the discussions.
