Network Q 4.0 - Training in the digital transformation

Digital developments are changing the requirements for vocational training. The Q 4.0 network supports trainers in successfully transferring modern skills and methods into practice.

Network Q 4.0

The "Network Q 4.0" creates a nationwide qualification standard for vocational training personnel in the digital transformation. The training courses impart specialist knowledge, social skills and modern teaching methods for the training of tomorrow.

To ensure that training meets the requirements of the digital transformation, companies need trainers who convey specialist content and skills clearly, practically and comprehensibly. New production, control and communication systems also require modern teaching methods and innovative learning content.

The Q 4.0 network offers:

  • industry-specific and cross-industry training courses for digital technical and social skills as well as methodological knowledge
  • Regional specialist and information events for networking companies and training providers; qualification measures for vocational training staff

In Hesse, the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. runs the project in the regions of Kassel, Giessen/Fulda and Wiesbaden. Regular exchange and networking events take place. The Hessian Q 4.0 network also offers free cross-industry training courses for company trainers.
