As part of the Hessian ProAbschluss initiative, qualified education coaches support employees in all matters relating to further vocational training and upskilling. The aim is to provide employees with targeted support on their career path through individual advice and coaching - be it through post-qualification as a specialist or through upskilling to the next career step.
In the state capital of Wiesbaden, the education coaches from FRESKO e.V. are at your side - free of charge, neutral and individual. They provide both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their employees with comprehensive advice on further training opportunities and financial support options. From the initial consultation to the successful completion of a qualification measure, they accompany the entire process with tailor-made solutions.
