ELW works together with universities and colleges to carry out studies, analyses and evaluations in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, urban water management and waste technology. We offer students working student positions, internships and cooperation on Bachelor's and Master's theses. We also offer dual study programs in the fields of civil engineering and electrical engineering. School pupils also have the opportunity to get to know various departments as part of a school internship.

Environmental protection and sustainability are important to us! To achieve these goals, we rely on modern technologies and people who share the same vision. As an Ökoprofit-certified company, environmental and climate protection are important to us in Wiesbaden. We work on sustainability issues on a daily basis and operate two wastewater treatment plants with modern technology that are completely energy self-sufficient. We are also constantly developing our vehicle fleet with a particular focus on alternative drive systems.
