HESSENMETALL Rhine-Main
The HESSENMETALL Rhein-Main employers' association supports its more than 180 member companies in recruiting young talent and skilled workers. Through hands-on activities and career exploration projects, we showcase the diverse career opportunities available in the local metal, electrical, and IT industries.
HESSENMETALL Rhein-Main is one of five regional chapters in Hesse. The association brings together companies of various sizes from the metal, electrical, and IT industries—from the Rheingau region through Wiesbaden and the Taunus Mountains to Frankfurt. We advise member companies on labor and social security law. We also serve as a collective bargaining partner, conduct recruitment efforts for young talent, and handle public relations.

Our offer for young people:
- M+E-InfoTruck: Provides information at schools, companies, and trade shows about the 40 apprenticeship programs in the metal, electrical, and IT industries. You’ll get to try your hand at hands-on experiments and learn about typical tasks in the industry.
- Individual support in finding internships or apprenticeship positions
- M+E Taster Days: Career orientation at industrial sites for school classes starting in 8th grade
