Who is on the Wiesbaden Industry Advisory Board?
The Wiesbaden Industry Advisory Board was founded on October 6, 2021, as a panel of experts representing Wiesbaden’s industrial sector for the state capital. All members are committed to working in partnership to strengthen Wiesbaden as an industrial hub, to highlight the importance of industry for Wiesbaden through dialogue with city policymakers, and to improve the overall business environment.

- the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)
- the Wiesbaden-Rheingau-Taunus District Craftsmen’s Association
- RheinMain University of Applied Sciences & Fresenius University of Applied Sciences
- German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) & the Mining, Chemical, and Energy Industrial Union (IG BCE)
- Association of Hessian Business Associations e.V. – Wiesbaden-Rheingau-Taunus Office (VhU)

The chair is always held by the current head of the Economic Affairs Department. The Office for Economic Affairs and Employment serves as the “hub” that coordinates the Industrial Advisory Board.
