Initiatives and networks
The Initiatives and Networks team in the Department of Economic Affairs and Employment develops and manages projects to secure young talent and skilled workers. It also coordinates the Industry Advisory Board and implements the WI WORK LIFE | Industry skilled workers initiative and the Wiesbaden 2030 skilled trades agenda.

Consultation day for industrial companies
As part of its advisory role, the Department of Economic Affairs and Employment offers a
(online) consultation day for industrial companies.
We will assist you in finding a solution to your concerns, for example by establishing contacts with other agencies or cooperation partners.
Consultation days take place on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. during even-numbered calendar weeks, either online or in person at the Department of Economy and Employment.
