The Corporate Services and Location Development team supports the growth and positioning of Wiesbaden as a business location and offers all entrepreneurs, investors, project developers, estate agents and tradespeople competent and targeted advice and support.
Advice and services provided by the team
- Central point of contact for entrepreneurs, investors, project developers, estate agents and tradespeople for commercial space and construction project developments
- Recording of space and property requests from interested parties and brokerage of commercial space, offices and real estate
- Location consulting for the establishment, expansion and relocation of companies
- Guide through administrative procedures, support with building and/or operating permit procedures
- Initiator and supporter of the Wiesbaden Tech Alliance "WITech Alliance - the industry network of Wiesbaden's IT and technology industry"
- Retail: local supply, center and location concept
- Support for the market-driven expansion of fiber optics
