GWW Wiesbadener Wohnbaugesellschaft mbH
GWW is participating as a partner in the joint exhibition with the state capital of Wiesbaden at EXPO REAL 2026. In this interview, the company discusses the benefits of the partnership, its role as a housing provider, and current priorities in Wiesbaden’s real estate and economic markets.
What sets your company apart, and what are your current priorities in the Wiesbaden real estate or business market?
GWW is a municipal housing company committed to providing reliable, affordable, and socially responsible housing. Current priorities include expanding affordable housing, energy-efficient renovations, sustainable new construction, and the development of livable and sustainable neighborhoods. By expanding tenant electricity programs, GWW also promotes the use of renewable energy and makes a further contribution to climate protection.
Why are you opting for a joint presentation with the state capital of Wiesbaden, and what strategic advantage does this partnership offer you at Expo Real 2026?
The partnership pools the strengths of the city and its municipal enterprises, enabling it to present a strong, unified front to investors, project partners, and decision-makers. As Wiesbaden’s largest housing provider and a municipal enterprise firmly rooted in the city, GWW brings its unique responsibility and expertise in housing provision and urban development to the partnership.
