RQI is a system platform for high-yield real estate investments, data-driven asset management and restructuring solutions for family offices, collective investment vehicles, and financial institutions in Germany. Our location decisions are based, among other things, on the IVAR Score—a proprietary tool we developed—which we use to systematically analyze economic and demographic urban dynamics and translate them into concrete investment strategies. Our regional focus is on the Rhine-Main, Rhine-Ruhr, and Rhine-Neckar metropolitan regions, as well as the Nuremberg metropolitan region. In Wiesbaden, we focus in particular on residential portfolios and multi-family buildings with active development potential—such as through energy-efficient renovations, building extensions, and attic conversions—to create additional living space and sustainably enhance Wiesbaden’s building stock.

As a long-standing booth partner of the state capital of Wiesbaden, we are once again deliberately focusing on a joint presentation at Expo Real 2026. Our close collaboration with the city and our other booth partners creates numerous synergies and provides a strong framework for professional and personal exchange. At the same time, the joint booth underscores our strong roots in Wiesbaden and throughout the Rhine-Main region.
