Since 1988, it has been an important socio-political concern of BerufsWege für Frauen e.V. to promote the professional development of women.
Topics such as returning to work, changing jobs, planning the next career steps or setting up a viable business and securing successful self-employment are among their areas of expertise.
The focus is on unlocking potential, developing skills and balancing family and career.
