Kulturpalast Tattersall

Saalgasse 36

The Tattersall, located in the Bergkirche District is named after the English Master of the Horse and, later, entrepreneur, Richard Tattersall and in Wiesbaden was long a synonym for riding-hall. Albert Wolff built the former riding hall under contract to the riding instructor Ernst Weiß following an English model in 1905. There was space for 80 horses in the stalls. The lot is located on the rear section of the grounds at Saalgasse 36, the front faces Lehrstraße.

The tribune inside the building has a capacity for 500 people. Today, the Tattersall is used for local public events.
