Luxemburgplatz

Luxemburgplatz, which was laid out in 1900, is named after the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Between 1890 and 1905 his regent was the former territorial lord Duke Adolf von Nassau. Luxemburgplatz is surrounded by magnificent structures which are considered historical monuments due to their artistic-architectural design and for reasons related to urban planning. Their façades are ornamented with stylistic elements of neo-Baroque, late Baroque and Jugendstil.
