Barrier-free access to the Marktkeller is possible via the passenger elevator.
The permanent exhibition area and the special exhibition area are at ground level.
A barrier-free WC is available.
A tactile floor guidance system has been installed in the Stadtmuseum to enable blind and visually impaired people to visit the museum. An accompanying audio guide provides information on the history of the city.
