Rotunda concert
On the occasion of the Open Monument Day on Sunday, September 14, students from the Wiesbaden Music Academy will perform the now traditional concert in the rotunda of Biebrich Castle. The concert starts at 6.30 pm.
The wide-ranging program of vocal and instrumental music extends from baroque opera to classical and romantic chamber music and contemporary chanson. A varied evening with young musical talents in a magical setting awaits you!
The event is organized by the Wiesbaden Music Academy, the Hesse State Office for Building and Real Estate (LBIH) and the Hesse State Office for Monument Preservation. Prof. Dr. Markus Harzenetter, President of the Hesse State Office for Monument Preservation, welcomes the guests, Prof. Claudia Hölbling, Director of the Wiesbaden Music Academy, briefly introduces the event, Petra Zellner, representative of the Director of the LBIH, gives closing remarks.
For many years, the aim of the popular Rotunda Concerts has been to give citizens the opportunity to experience the historic rooms of Biebrich Palace.
Admission is free, your donations will benefit the young artists. Admission starts at 6 pm.
