The barn theater in Igsatadt shows the play "Di Fledermaus".

"Champagne is to blame!" Or was it?

In Johann Strauss' lively operetta "Die Fledermaus," a night of revelry leads to plenty of mix-ups, masquerades, and surprises. An old friend wants revenge and sends his acquaintances—well disguised—to a glittering ball. Suddenly, no one is who they seem to be: the maid becomes an actress, the wife becomes a countess, and the master of the house becomes a refined marquis.

What begins with fun and music ends the next morning in prison – and in loud laughter.

Look forward to cheerful melodies, lively dances, and plenty of humor with a wink. Die Fledermaus is top-notch entertainment that will not only make you laugh, but perhaps also allow you to recognize a little bit of yourself.

The turbulent events are accompanied virtuosically by the experienced band of the Scheunentheater.

The Igstadt Scheunentheater wishes you lots of fun.

It is a great pantomime, a parable, a game.
