Rafael Herlich is a photographer and author born in Tel Aviv in 1954 who has lived in Frankfurt am Main since 1975. He is considered one of the most important chroniclers of Jewish life in Germany. His exhibitions have been shown at venues including the Hessian State Parliament, the European Parliament, the Thuringian State Parliament, the Rotes Rathaus in Berlin, the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt, and several Jewish communities throughout Germany.
