For this year's Equal Care Day, the Equal Opportunities Officers in Mainz and Wiesbaden are jointly organizing an online workshop that can help you to better reconcile family and career. Many women have to reconcile many different tasks in their everyday lives: Work, family and care. It is important not to forget yourself and to make sure that you stay healthy so that you can cope with the many different tasks. The workshop is intended to offer you ways and means of staying healthy and coping with the various tasks.
