Balancing Family and Career – My Personal Journey Through Everyday Life as a Single Parent.
Being a single parent means taking on responsibility, organizing, and making decisions—every day. What is often overlooked: All of these are valuable skills that you can also use in your professional life.
In this online seminar, we’ll help you recognize your daily caregiving as a strength and confidently present it to the outside world.
Here’s what it’s about:
Making your achievements as a single parent visible
Identifying personal strengths and skills and using them strategically
Developing compelling arguments—for conversations with employers or during job interviews
Knowing where to find support, community, and relief
This event is organized in cooperation with the Equal Opportunity Officers at the Mainz and Wiesbaden Employment Agencies, as well as the Mainz Job Center and the Wiesbaden Municipal Job Center.
