To help ensure a smooth transition from school to the workforce, the case managers in the Youth Division work closely with you and the school social workers. Do you prefer short lines of communication? Our staff regularly visit vocational schools to offer their support.

Don't have a high school diploma (yet)? That's no reason to despair. There are many ways to earn your high school diploma.

This can be done, for example, at a night school, but also as part of a project funded by the Wiesbaden Social Services and Job Center.

Under certain conditions, it is also possible to start an apprenticeship without a high school diploma or to earn the next higher qualification during the apprenticeship.

Vocational training at off-site facilities (BaE) is a program that allows you to earn a vocational certificate despite challenging circumstances. Through remedial instruction and exam preparation, you will receive intensive training for both theoretical and practical exams. Educational staff are also available to assist you with everyday challenges and can mediate in discussions between you, trainers, teachers, and parents.
