In times of crisis, illness or psychological stress, we support you with specific and tailored offers of help.
Holistic support
Do you feel like you’re not making any progress in your career? Do you find yourself facing the same difficulties over and over again? Long periods of unemployment or stressful life situations can present major challenges. This often leads to anxiety, a feeling of no longer being needed, or a sense of being alone with your worries. Some people feel they can hardly find a way out of this situation. This program supports you in developing new perspectives and finding ways to move forward.
We organize personalized coaching for you, where you decide for yourself what kind of support you’d like to receive. Together, we’ll identify the specific obstacles standing in your way, and we’ll address these issues step by step during our sessions. The support program includes
jointly clarifying your current situation,
developing realistic steps,
support during implementation, as well as
referrals to additional resources if you need them.
The counseling can take place in person, by phone, virtually, or at your home. After an initial informational meeting, you can take your time to decide whether you’d like to take advantage of the offer.
Addiction counseling
There are many types of addiction: alcohol, prescription drugs, illegal drugs, or other addictions such as gambling, eating, or computer addiction.
The Wiesbaden Social Services and Job Center works successfully with the Caritasverband Wiesbaden e.V. Outpatient Clinic for Addiction and the Wiesbaden Addiction Support Center.
If you are facing addiction issues, your case manager will be happy to put you in touch with one of these two addiction counseling centers after consulting with you, as a recipient of basic income. There, you will first have an initial consultation where your situation and possible next steps can be discussed and agreed upon.
Debt counseling
If you, as a recipient of basic income, already have debts or are likely to incur debts in the near future, you can work with a debt counseling agency to address the issue.
The goal of these individual consultations is to find a way out of your debt situation based on your current circumstances. The approach will be tailored to your personal needs.
The colleagues at the municipal job center will be happy to help you.
Your personal case manager will answer your questions and work with you to find a way forward.
