- Identity card (a copy of your identity card will not be kept on file, but will be destroyed after the decision on your application)
- Residence permit for third-country nationals
- Police registration
- tenancy agreement
- bank statements
- all proof of income and charges
- Social security number, social security card
- Proof of health insurance and health insurance number
- Employment agency customer number
