Hospice and palliative care institutions will use an example story to provide important information and point out contacts in Wiesbaden. They will encourage you not to be alone during this difficult time.

Elderly people in particular are the target of con artists who telephone them to ask them to hand over money and valuables or who gain access to their homes by posing as fake tradesmen.

The Senior Citizens' Advisory Council would like to intervene here to provide support: Marion Beste, a police-trained security advisor for senior citizens, is available to answer your questions and give you advice and tips. You will also find a sympathetic ear here if you have been victimized.
