Wiesbaden Committed! Action week 2026
During the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week from June 12 to 19, teams from companies and institutions can once again do good. Non-profit partners offer meaningful project ideas.
Not a single Social Day, but a whole host of meaningful one-day activities within a week. This is the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week.
During the campaign week, companies and businesses in Wiesbaden give their employees a day off so that they can get actively involved in a variety of projects.
Institutions, associations and initiatives from the fields of social welfare, education, culture and nature conservation are in turn looking for partners from the business world to help them implement their desired projects.
Cooperation at eye level
The teams come together on a project exchange. Or they are put in touch with each other via an online database. After a joint planning phase, the teams get to work during the campaign week, beautifying the outside area of a school playground, painting walls in a day care center for the elderly, helping at a children's party or accompanying an excursion for people with disabilities. Valuable know-how can also be donated. At the end of the week, all those involved are invited to a joint after-work party.
20 years of commitment
In 2024, the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week celebrated its 20th anniversary. What began with a single day of action in 2005 has since become an integral part of Wiesbaden. In the anniversary year, a new record number of committed employees was reached. The "Wiesbaden Engagiert" campaign week is the largest initiative of its kind in Europe.
