They also help at children's parties or accompany people with disabilities on excursions.
Sometimes the employees also pass on their special knowledge.
At the end of the week, there is a party for everyone who has taken part.

It all began in 2005 with a single day of action.
Now it's a big event that many people know about.
In 2024, the anniversary year, a particularly large number of employees took part.
