Golden Lily
The Golden Lily is awarded to committed companies. The award is also aimed at smaller companies, craft businesses and the self-employed. Any company - whether trade, craft, industry or service - can apply with its social commitment.
For diverse commitments
Whether monetary or material donations for social institutions, employee participation in the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week, sponsorships or free advice for charitable organizations. This diversity of corporate commitment in the region is to be made visible through the "Golden Lily" award.
Award ceremony on November 3, 2026
2026 is another application and award year for the Golden Lily. Companies and businesses can apply for the Golden Lily between spring and summer with their commitment over the past two years. In 2026, these are the years 2025 and 2024.
In addition, non-profit organizations, public institutions and private individuals have the opportunity to nominate socially committed companies for a Golden Lily award. More detailed information will follow.
Since 2010 - every two years
The "Golden Lily" was launched in 2010. The aim is to recognize those companies that voluntarily assume responsibility for the common good to a particularly high degree. The Golden Lily makes this commitment visible and helps companies to communicate their own commitment more effectively.
The Golden Lily is a joint initiative of the UPJ Network for Corporate Responsibility and Social Commitment and the Office for Social Work of the City of Wiesbaden. It is a pillar of the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" strategy.
