If you already have a specific project or volunteer idea, you've come to the right place. Perhaps you have taken over the coordination of a dedicated team from a colleague? Then you can find out about the current organizational framework here. 

Representatives of non-profit organizations, companies, and institutions will be well equipped to implement a successful volunteer project during the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" action week with the help of this information. We also have some useful practical tips to answer your questions. The information events for 2026 have already taken place.

If representatives of non-profit organizations have questions about registering volunteer projects, they can get answers here. No registration required.

Registration for action week has begun

Anyone who wants to participate in Action Week 2026, get involved, or has a project idea must register online.

  • Non-profit organizations can submit their project ideas from February 1 to March 1. This applies to projects that are looking for partners and are to be advertised on the project exchange or online.
  • Companies and institutions that would like to get involved and are looking for suitable projects must also register for the Action Week without obligation from February 1. New in 2026: Anyone who would like to attend the project exchange must register separately by March 15.
