Commitment

How committed partners find each other

On the colorful marketplace, teams from companies and institutions can find their suitable volunteering project on March 24. Institutions and initiatives will present their dream projects at the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" project exchange.

In a hall, people are standing at tables with roll-ups and posters. They are talking in small groups.
A woman stands at a table and points to a plan with a pen. Another woman is watching.

Schools, daycare centers, retirement homes and nature conservation initiatives will be on site in the ESWE Hall. Spread out at tables, they will present their projects in the areas of social affairs, culture, education and nature conservation. The meaningful activities are planned for the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week.

Potential partners from business and administration can take a look around in advance and start a conversation. After the so-called "chat phase", they can then agree on a joint project. Each agreement is set out in a binding cooperation agreement.

In addition to the after-work party, the project exchange is the event of the "Wiesbaden Engagiert!" campaign week. This is where committed people from a wide range of areas come together. After successful matching, there is still enough time to chat over a drink.

Registration until March 15

Non-profit organizations looking for support can register from 1 to 28 February.

Representatives of companies and institutions looking for volunteering projects must register to visit the project exchange or the online exchange by March 15.

Projects that already have partners can register their projects for this year's campaign until April 30.

Online mediation follows

One day after the live exchange, on March 25, an online database will be activated at 4 p.m. to show even more engagement opportunities. A filter can be used to call up projects according to date, team size and other criteria. Direct, binding bookings are also possible. The online database will remain open until the beginning of May.
