Federal Volunteer Service at the Wellritzhof Children's Center

The Youth Work Department of the Office for Social Work of the City of Wiesbaden offers the opportunity for Federal Volunteer Service (BUFDI) at the Wellritzhof Children's Center.

Do you want to do something practical after school, get a career orientation and enjoy working with children?

Then the Federal Voluntary Service at the Wellritzhof Children's Center, a facility of the Westend District Center, is certainly of interest to you.

To support our diverse work, we are looking for school leavers who would like to complete the Federal Voluntary Service in the social sector for twelve months from September.


The tasks are varied:

This includes the planning and implementation of thematic offers and projects in open work for and with children; preparation and implementation of leisure activities, events, festivals, everyday activities and group work, themed project work, gender-sensitive work with children (work with girls and boys).

Applicants should have the ability to work in a team, organizational skills and an interest in accompanying children on their personal journey through life.
