What parents can expect from this daycare center:

Our two-group, partially open Protestant daycare center is located behind St. Mark's Church on the first floor of the parish hall. We look after 40 children in the elementary section. Our educational work is based on the quality development standards of the EKHN, the Wiesbaden recommendation and the Hessian education plan. We offer a full-day place for 25 children with a mixed diet in accordance with the DGE quality standard and the Bremen checklist. A second breakfast and an afternoon snack are also served. We make daily use of the many opportunities for movement in the outdoor area and experiment weekly in the movement construction site. Our physical activity program is supplemented by regular visits to the forest and excursions. A music teacher provides early musical education on a weekly basis. Our parish priest visits the children every Wednesday. He sings and tells biblical stories suitable for children. Church visits, family church services and celebrations with the community are an integral part of our year. The teachers are trained specialists in gifted education. We are a partner daycare center of the Raule Foundation - Kleine Füchse. Programs such as Faustlos, the Würzburg language program, the language program for children with a migration background and a special school program are part of our day-to-day routine.
