KiTa profile
What parents can expect from this daycare center:
Our daycare center has 2 groups in the elementary area and thus offers space for 44 children aged 3 - 6 years. Since 2021, our daycare center has been extended by a crèche through a conversion and thus offers a full-day place for a further 10 children aged 1 - 3 years. The crèche group is supervised by 3 staff. The pedagogical work is based on Emmi Pikler and the Hessian education and support plan, whereby the empathetic and needs-oriented support and encouragement of the children is of great importance to us. The kindergarten works according to the partially open concept. Although the children are divided into 2 main groups, they can choose the differently designed play areas in everyday kindergarten life. They are supported and encouraged in their play and educational processes by the teaching staff. The health and healthy nutrition of the children is very important to us. In addition to the daily changing breakfast buffet and afternoon snack, the children can enjoy a freshly prepared lunch every day. We work according to the situational approach, the needs-oriented support of the children is a fundamental part of our work. Our focus is based on the Hessian education and support plan. We review the quality of our educational work at regular intervals. We attach great importance to working in partnership with parents and take the time for a regular exchange with them.
