Integration on track

Immigrants are given modular information on various areas of life in integration courses to make it easier for them to integrate into Wiesbaden society.

Anyone new to a city first needs to find their bearings. Those who speak little or no German find this particularly difficult. A good first step is to take an integration course.

This alone is often not enough to integrate the city’s new residents into existing structures. Sometimes, there is insufficient knowledge about the existing system and the ways to obtain information. In fact, knowledge is usually passed on purely through “word of mouth.”

That is why the state capital of Wiesbaden offers targeted informational sessions on various topics in its local integration courses through the “WieWeiser” program.
