"STRENGTHEN YOUTH: Bridges to independence"

ESF-Plus program.

The "Clearing house for young homeless people" project aims to provide young adults aged 18-26 with unconditional and unbureaucratic housing in order to prevent homelessness from becoming chronic and to develop individual prospects for the future.

The clients are to learn the skills required for independent living through an individually adapted step-by-step model and build up a sustainable system of helpers that will support them in coping with everyday life in the long term.

The young adults initially receive individual, low-threshold advice and are then supported as part of intensive case management across different legal systems and a wide range of services - and they can try out different forms of housing.
