The bicycle data dashboard is a central tool for a Smart City Wiesbaden: It creates transparency, supports decisions based on data and promotes sustainable mobility. By visualizing bicycle data in the context of other mobility and environmental data (e.g. car traffic, air quality ...), correlations can be identified in perspective and targeted control measures developed, for example for a green wave on cycle paths or to optimize traffic flows. This makes a significant contribution to efficient, citizen-oriented and sustainable urban development.
The dashboard, which is to be continuously expanded, is the result of cross-departmental and cross-office collaboration.
