Climate protection: We want to reduce CO2 emissions. We will achieve this through renewable energies and efficient energy use. The heating transition is particularly important: We focus on environmentally friendly heating systems and a sustainable heat supply for all.

Climate adaptation: We are already feeling the effects of climate change. We need to adapt. Higher temperatures and heavy rainfall events are challenging us. That is why we are creating more green spaces, improving protection against heavy rainfall and providing cooler, shady places in the city.

Together for a good future: climate protection and adaptation affect us all. The task is so big that it requires many different players - from politicians and city administrations to companies, institutions, initiatives and educational establishments, right down to each and every one of us. Only together can we shape a sustainable and liveable future.
