Program overview

The Wiesbaden Housing Project Days offer an opportunity to find out about the entire spectrum of collaborative building and living. The next Housing Project Days from December 4 to 6, 2025 will be held under the motto "Living together, shaping the present".

They will be opened at sam - Stadtmuseum am Markt on Thursday, December 4, at 6 pm. The other two days of the event will take place in the foyer of Wiesbaden City Hall.

The Housing Project Days are a place for exchange, networking and inspiration. Take the opportunity to ask your questions to Wiesbaden's housing project groups, initiatives and experts:

  • What ideas do I have about a housing project?
  • Am I open to a shared housing project?
  • What financing options and legal forms are there?
  • How do housing project groups deal with challenges?
  • What challenges are housing groups currently facing?
  • Can I possibly join a housing project that suits me?
